My 63 old “core” has been brought back to life thanks to Nicole’s patience and expertise. I have been taking pilates with Nicole for several years and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my body’s shape and flexibility-even at my age of 63! As a 53 year old surfer, I was becoming increasingly stiff and less agile on my board. Since I started taking Pilates with Nicole last October, that trend has reversed. I went out for the first time in 9 months this past weekend and found to my surprise that I could take off on waves as if there had been no break. I’m convinced that Pilates at Mt.
